Express Shipping and adequate gel ice packs are required for all orders containing any item from our Persian Fairy Floss range AND Brik Pastry.
We recommend selecting at least three ice packs, particularly if your delivery address is outside major metropolitan areas or anywhere in SA, WA, NT or QLD, where transit times and temperatures may be higher.
If Express Shipping and sufficient ice packs are not selected, we do not take responsibility for melting or heat damage during transit.
