PARIYA blossomed into life in Australia in 1994, founded by Azadeh Ashrafinia with a vision to redefine luxury Persian confectionery through original recipes, exceptional ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship.
Drawing on generations of family expertise in Persian confectionery, PARIYA combines traditional know-how with the modern art of blending ingredients. Its distinctive emblem originates from the Ashrafi family mark, used by our family's confectionery business in Iran and carried forward as a symbol of that heritage.
More than three decades later, PARIYA remains committed to innovation, fierce originality and the meticulous selection of superior ingredients.
