STORING OUR PRODUCTS
Frosted pistachios and almond cocoons contain nuts and require storage in a cool, dark and dry place between 4 - 18 degrees Celsius.
PERSIAN NOUGAT & TOFFEE
Persian nougat and honey toffee contain nuts and require storage in a cool, dark and dry place between 4 - 18 degrees Celsius.
Keep in a cool and dark place between 4 - 16 degrees Celsius.
As you are aware it can get quite hot overnight during summer months. If air-conditioning is turned off during the night, we advise that you transfer Pashmak to an air conditioned space at the end of business hours. A cool room or wine cellar would be ideal if available( please ensure it is a dry cool room)
Pashmak may be stored in a refrigerator as long as it is in a dry location in the fridge.
Pashmak will loose its texture and melt into a block of hard sugar if the above conditions are not followed.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 21 degrees Celsius.
Saffron, rose buds and rose petals are natural products and will loose their colour if stored in direct sunlight.

Optimum storage temperature for fruits are between 4 - 8 degree Celsius.
Pariya fresh dates and semi-dried sour cherries must be refrigerated.
Pariya barberries are best stored in the freezer, if stored for more than one month.

Blanched and Slivered pistachios are natural products. They will loose their vibrant green colour if exposed to direct light. To keep them fresh and green please store in a refrigerator away from light.
Raahat contains nuts and require storage in a cool place between 4 - 8 degree Celsius.
Coconut-coated raahat requires storage in a cool, dry and dark place between 4 - 8 degree Celsius to preserve its freshness and colour.
